YMI, a leading specialist in office furniture is looking for bright and self-motivated individuals with positive attitude to front our latest sales office and showroom at Fraser Business Park. This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to use their retail experience and sales knowledge in a rewarding and progressive company.

* Min SPM and computer literate.
* Handle showroom sales, order processing and coordinate deliveries.
* Pleasant personality, independent, and good communication skills
* 2 years related experience is an advantage.

Your responsibilities among others will include the following.

* Manages daily operations of showroom reflecting the highest service orientation including cleanliness, levels of customer satisfaction and efficient response to inquiries.
* Provide information and tours of the showroom.
* Responds to customer’s sales inquiries and investigates to resolve problems related to sales handled by the department; serves as liaison with other departments in the resolution of day-to day sales and operational issues.
* Performs ongoing evaluation of YMI’s web site to ensure the continued and future effectiveness of its contents: coordinates and manages information in its e-mail box.
* Assists in the preparation of quotations, negotiates with customers, and oversees administration of orders or other agreements involving customers.
* Prepares and compile brochures, pamphlets and flyers on YMI products for distribution: fax, e-mail or direct mail.
* Maintains inquiries’ files and records, including those used to track inquiries and maintains accurate mailing lists.
* Assists in the development and implementation of a variety of marketing and promotional activities.
* Assists in the recruitment, training and development of new staff.
