Please provide more details about your company. Sounds fishy to just identify yourself with just a hotmail email address, a Bin Laden-like nickname and some bad grammar/typos. How about a real person's name and a phone number. Why not getting a domain name at least for a start? It only costs less than RM3/month.

Pity its a male dominated society that I live in, but most devs and good entredevs are women {sorry guys}

we can go into the aspect of sharia law and all that if you want, but we are living in the 21st century, and hence, telecommuting via broadband or whatever should not be the issue, and hence you should consider women applicants as well..
