Hi, I had face some problem in making decision. Hope that anyone can give some advice, comment or suggestion for me.

Today i went for an interview for a forex analyst position. the job describtion are do analysis on the foreign currency, and analysis the market, things happend to a country or any thing that will affect the foreign currency up or drop. the information will be give to customer (investor) to help them in investment.

the interviewer said they will give 2 days training and exam before start working (free even if we decide not to accept the job after the training and exam). they said they will decide on the salary base on the training and exam result but it sure will more than RM2,000. BUT they do NOT provide SOCSO and EPF..

the working hours is monday to friday, 9:30am to 4:00 pm

1. Can i know what are the salary out there for this or similar position?

2. what is the future or prospect by accept this offer?

3. is it worth to accept the job as the company do not provide the socso and epf.

4. what can learn from the position and are they valueable?

I agree with izzatz13 to lock old threads. However, I think 1 year is also too long. Maybe 1 or 2 months will do. People can always start a new thread about previous old topics if they want anyway. Will the forum moderators or admins consider this?
