Responsibilities

The successful applicant will provide support to end-users for PC, server or mainframe application, and hardware.

Requirements

• Experience with current help desk software and hardware technologies.

• Has knowledge and experience in providing Help Desk services and customer service support.

• Must have attained MCSE certification or equivalent or a minimum of 18 months relevant work.

• Successful completion of an Operating System, Lotus, MS or Novell certification, or equivalent experience.

• Competent in using remote desktop management tools, Microsoft Suite and other standard software.

• This role may require the candidate to work weekends or after hours and/or may be required to be on call.

Job Descriptions

• Handling and tracking contacts/complaints and other Help Desk Coordinator questions within the client prescribed service level agreement.

• Resolving Issues and performing Service Requests by Remote Desktop Takeover.

• Help Desk Coordinators refer to this position to get answers to complex issues prior to escalation.

• Help Desk Coordinators will transfer calls to this position using a "warm transfer" process.
