RESPONSIBILITIES
1.Daily systems administration of our ASP IT infrastructure (consisting of 7 Itanium Servers, 7 Web Servers with 500Gbyte RAM, and 8Tbytes disc storage).
2.Establishing and maintaining systems functionality, upgrades, security, integrity, and availability.
3.Provide relevant operational analysis and reports of the ASP.
4.Coordinate disc space management, data backup-and-retrieval, and disaster discovery procedures.
5.Coordinate related tasks/issues and facilitate communications with cross-functional internal organization groups and vendors / external parties.
6.Maintain systems operation procedures and other systems documentation.
7.Conduct Point of Failure analysis.
8.Maintenance of development environment including install and upgrade of development tools (C++,SQL).
9.Building and testing systems across multiple versions of Linux and server platforms.

REQUIREMENTS
1.BSc in Computer Science / Information Technology or related discipline.
2.Minimum 4 years experience, with at least 3 years of related experience in an enterprise systems engineering / administration role.
3.Strong knowledge in various TCP/IP networking (LAN/WAN) and storage (NAS,SAN) technologies.
4.Experienced in Linux (Red Hat) server administration, essential.
5.Familiar with web technologies (DNS, SSL, FTP, etc.) and security services (firewall, IDS, etc.)
6.Well-versed in backup and recovery techniques.
7.Programming / scripting ability (UNIX shell scripts, C, Java)
8.Possess good hardware and software troubleshooting and resolution skills.
9.Proactive.
10.Good verbal and written command of English.
11.Able to work independently.
