You call it SOHO or not you still can treat it as your home laa.. haha.. Not virtual office also because there are things you can touch and hold. It is a concept that this office is for self employed people, hence, SOHO lor..
For self employed bosses but given facilities of a receptionist and a office assistant to provide your clients with some drinks or maybe while they are waiting, the receptionist can attend to them. Place is fully furnished and renovated to a certain Class to boost up the credibality of your business as well. There will be 2 types of room sizes and 2 types of partitioned sizes. Practically the tenants don't need to incure so much startup cost for renovation, hire a receptionist, buy all facilities. Startup business can save more. This small offices are trageted for designers. We have a website to bring in business for tenants already renting the premise. Tenants has the choice to give us the printing job with a low cost price because we are a printing firm. The biggest room will be rented out @ RM1200/month. Smallest cubicle @ RM750/month. Any opinions? |

ya I bliv its min Small Office & Home Office, U can hv 1-10 workers for a SOHO & U r not necessary to operate at home
btw I think its not so affordable for a business starter.. mayb do U hv service for just virtually like say receivin fax & mail? Some ppl dun need to meet clients they just need a address & nvr need a office space |

i use MailBox ETC service for receiving snail mail and faxs.. it about 20 or 30 bucks per months rental on a small post box... they have fax-to-email service too.. so you don't need to visit the outlet to collect fax...

RM1.2K? So expensive. Who is your target BTW..
Known your target market first.. I think, for that price, people might consider to take 2nd / 3rd floor of some office building that you can get about RM600 - RM1K at middle level area example kelana jaya, subang, shah alam?.
