Hello to all freelancer.

I'm looking for web developer who can transform my existing html template to WordPress theme. I have all the css coding as well as all necessary files at your disposal.

Here's my specifications:

1) The design must based in CSS language. My current design is without tables.
2) All the plugins + snippets must work accordingly. Advice me if necessary.
3) No alteration to the layout. Everything must look as it is.
4) The theme must be easy to install, just like any free themes out here.
5) No link back/credit whatsoever from my site.
