i'd been thinking about these questions since long time ago,

1. u prefer to work under a dream comp of urs by a relationship or with ur own ability to pass the interview?

2. when ur company needs an assistant to help u out, u will have a friend/relative of urs to help u or rather have a person who u don't know and come in thru interview?


for me, i will go in by interview and for 2nd question i will have a person come in by interview rather than having friend or relative to help me.

goin in by relation really isn't my type, anything that u did wrong not only u feel bad, but also u will have the person who related to u look bad
having ur friend or relative helping u isn't a wise choice either, js in case he/she did anything wrong u dun dare to scold him/her, and he/she will think that eventhough he/she did not do anything, u will always be there to back him/her up.

Well if it really a dream job that i truely desired, i guess it won't matters to me after all. The way i see it, it doesn't matter how you get the job in 1st place instead it do matters on how you perform at the job.

when it come to biz, many of us do mix it up with personal relationsship/emotions. Biz is biz, friend is friend, it just don't mix to me. It doesn't matter whom we hire, if they can't deliver, i need to do something about it.

it might sound cruel to some of you, but hey its a biz world isn't it. Biz is not a charity mah... its all about biz and nothing is personal...
