This usually happens when the monitor is not at eye level.
I had this problem for long time, spent lots of $$$ on expansive beds, pillows, massage, supplement, etc. Recently found a simple and free solution. Just place 2 yellow pages on the monitor (to lift the level up to our eye level), the pain dissappeared the next day. Don't have solution for laptop yet. |

my solution for u is avoid long sitting..
Try and get up from ur chair after every 30 min or an hour for drinking water. Sit with ur both back and neck straight. Never get up with a jerk from ur chair or ur bed. Turn to ur left or right and then get up. Before going to bed drink a glass of hot milk (without sugar) with a quarter spoon. |
