Thread: PTPTN loan

I just wonder why the PTPTN not tracing those borrower??

I had payed my loan for 7months but I still never get any call from them to update the information. And within that period,I also never receive any statement from them.(but only update PTPTN balance at web site)

They r giving loan like the bank and they don't even had a proper mgnt to get back their money as what the bank did.(sending a reminder or giving a call?)

n now they r shouting to the public that student r not paying back the loan. So since this had happend,y don't they act 1st n get back this money to help the student who need it?

Spending money at the space n don't have the money for the system?
Money out out out out .... no in no in no in....

i dont know about fresh graduates, as i've received their annual statement twice (or more?). In my experience, one year after graduated, i've check my status and found out they actually didnt update my status

already 1 year plus i graduate, but when i check my status online, no interest there,seen like the system having bugs...

no letter or statement send to me too

anyway, PTPTN department has a poor financial management...

there's many 'MALAS DAN PEMALAS DAN TAK BOLEH TEGUR' people inside.. haiyeee..

Sack them all!.. put an experienced people like us laa.. we can do 1 million time better.. walaaaa!

Really give up wif this country govertment la. im take PTPTN loan 6 years
back n paying the loan back each month through Public bank...recently still ok..they got update my account

So, if next time when listen the news that how many people don't want to pay back, don't take it 100%. It's always not true. These people is not doing a good job. And u know, they have each officer to handle payment frm each
university. Remind, just payment. For new application, approval, all r
handle by different officer. Wonder How efficient r them!!!!!!!!!!
