Digi is Annoying me
huh... today this digi is annoying me... I roughly received 4 to 5 promo sms and 1 mms... this is too much lar...

wondering whether other telco do this also???

send them a complaint email already... but i don't thinks it will help unless 30% of the digi user complaint...

one promo sms a day is still ok... but today...they gone way too far lioa... 4/5sms and 1 mms in a day... huh... thats really sucks....

i think u are the lucky one.. so far i almost 2 week never receive SMS from DG...

i know that maxis always send one...

I suggest u call their help line, ask them stop the advertising service...
Digi will be better then maxis..

sorry to maxis user, i am DG supporter... Maxis are S..K , so many maxis complain i have done b4

There is no harm trying anyway. If many people complain, they may take action. I have got a couple of issues resolved by contacting them.

Aiyaa.. you don't know aaa? there is a MAGIC of maxis..

All you need to do just..
type BLOCK or STOP
and then send back to there 5 digit number.

then you'll not received any from the number again. That's why maxis send offer sms not from the primary one number..

Try lah.

as my brother use digi before..
the step is similiar to maxis..

something like.
STOP ALL then send back to the number..
then the digi or maxis will block or stop sms / mms from that number to you..
try browse on their website.. maybe there's hidden clue

You can request to halt the promo SMS. CALL them, do not email. They will brief you on how to send an sms to stop the spam. Personally, they annoy me like hell too but I haven't gotten around to ask them to stop. DiGi used to be the best behaved telco in town. No promo sms until like 2 years ago.
