I think there is a combination of factors in this recent slow access.
1. Congestion on TM international link. 2. Congestion on certain network providers in the US side. 3. Submarine cable cut in the Mediterranean affecting some sites in Middle East and Europe.

Does anybody have solid information as to why this slow bandwith speed is happening. It seems to affect Europe and the US and not continuously, only at certain times.
I had called Streamyx's technical support, and as usual, received no meaningful information.
