I plan to change phone at the month of May but till now still unable to make up my mind to purchase either a smartphone with Mac OS or Symbian. Just my 0.02, if you are heavier use on WiFi and Bluetooth then it sure consumes a lot of battery capacity.

So if you want to go for days without recharging the battery, then you’d better go for a Symbian.

I heard people said that the only restriction is the booting of the system takes too long, is it true?

yeah..of course no..but now im considering about the reselling value...

sony ericsson got lots of model like W series, P series, K series, J series and Z series...but i dunno which model got the higher resell value in future..

W series is the fastest upgrading model..always release new model while P series is the slowest but the demand quite low...i dunno whether it is affect reselling value or not

what is the point of buying a pricey hand phone? buy a cheap nokia and save your money la :P

um..i like to play with rich feature phone..that's why looking for more quality phone and the more quality wil cost more..so it is unescapable

I would suggest you getting P1. P1 is a decent phone with quite high reselling value (and stable pricing - doesn't have price change regularly).
Besides, the after sales service and support are also easier (available nationwide).

The iphone has yet to come to malaysia, so you need to buy an unlocked version (which is risky).
Besides, even if iphone does come to malaysia, they will tie up with certain telcos (which means you may need to change to another telco if you want to use iphone).

You kidding me? There is NO reason you shouldn't choose iPhone

if some1 bought (about) 2K iphone, after a year, they still can sell it at least 1.5K. But if there were mine, it will be decrease to RM800 hahaha..

you can see, scracth here, scratch there, the screen was blur because the plastic (or what ever you call it) had many scrathc lah.. even worse if i just terjatuh 3 or 4 time . And.. i just like to put my phone in my pocket without any protection.

i feel not good to have a handphone small bag at my waist too.. (rasa macam rimas ada bende sangkut2 kat talipinggang, rimas ada bag2 , rimas ada cover2 scracht dan sebagainya.. ) err.. i just simple person.. hehe

so, used only cheap phone with nothing much to care about. rosak satu, beli satu lagi.. hahaha

Yeah... the qwerty keypad in p1 is kind of odd... not easy to type.
