Maybank Visa Debit Is Not Actual Debit Card
Have you ever heard about Maybank New Visa Dedit Card? I noticed that many naive bloggers said this card can be used for online transaction but I want to emphasize on this issue and make a conclusion that it’s not like other Bank debit card, which allow for online transaction. But, it is possible to do that in future since now still in phase I.

"deduct your money up to RM150 even your pumped fuel price is RM10. But they will refund you RM140 on the other day"? how can this happen?so is Maybank trying to fool people? and when can it be used for online transaction?

yes..this one i really dun know..i ask different customer service staff, their answer are same to me..they said better don try to pump fuel at petrol station la if can..

i don wan u all said great info only..but i wan u to comment and provide ur opinion about the reason why can deduct RM150 as holding amount??
i heard some ppl said that credit card oso like that...could it be??

If like that better use Eon's Freedom Debit Master Card or Tunes Debit Visa lah...

i just get some answer from my friend..he said that all credit card will be like that..they will deduct RM150 when pumping petrol at machine...
after 2-3 days only credit it back..it is done in backend and we cant see it since credit card limit is much more that that...

Now i remember, I do try before pam petrol with my public bank debit card before, if not mistaken, the amount there not greater then RM100, and i manage to pam Rm60 petrol...

wow, are they making money by charging us RM140 or its their system error.
