i was thinking to selling off one of my domain and content... but donno to price it correctly...

so i gg around but only found tons of appraisal services and some are damm cheap and some expensive... make me more confuse

does any1 have any esperience before in appraising a domain / site for auction purposes? or which services u all use before?

seriously i does not use those domain appraisal services, because the result there are not accurate.

I only believe on the market.

Example now you would like to sell $10k, and a person willing to paid, then your website worth $10K

again a rich person like you website and willing to use $100k buy it, then your value will be $100k

just like a property... same range of property, but some can sell high, some cannot increase price.

This is quite a risky selling technique to me....
of coz the buyer will always bully the seller when there is no baseline/market price to follow..... sometimes the value of product is much more but the seller usually offer 50% less for it and bargain it through the way....
sometime unexperience ppl like us will undersold it 100times than the market range....

even in property/real estate line... we still can estimate the market price range based on certain criteria like location, facilities in surrounding area , accessability, conditions of the property, crowd, land appreciation rate, bla... bla... bla....
this same as used cars.... no one will buy a 5yrs old proton saga that priced at RM 30K....

i think there should be a proper way to at least know the price range as in max and min value....
