Just pay the tax and legalize your earning. If you can earn so much, few K is not an issue.

No way, if the asset is under your name. Unless you put others name but then, the asset is not own by you under the law.

Many Malaysian doesn't really know how IncomeTax dept works. Most ppl thought that they will investigate you. In fact, they don't. Where got so many investigators or inspectors around? Their job is very simple. If they found that you buy an asset and your income cannot be justified, they simply ask you to proof why you are not guilty (They practise China's law: You are assume guilty once they open a file for you). So you need to provide all the evidences to proof yourself not guilty (bank a/c, will, invoice, statement etc). Else fine min 3X to max 20X of the tax money plus 3 years jail.

1) Go to register a company (sdn bhd)
2) Open a company bank a/c
3) Use it to receive your revenue from the net
4) Tell the bank that your are the boss/owner of the company. Show them your company bank statement (at least 3 months) and company registration details if needed.

no point asking here .... get yourself a tax / account expert to sort out 4 u loh...

but the simplest part is form a soleprop cpy and get all your earned money into that company... so all income is become taxable....

you buy cars using that cpy $$$... and write that as expenses to the company and start claiming your transportation fees, car maintenance fees, entertaiment fee, utility bills fees to the cpy... if your parent or siblings are not working even better coz u can just issue them a yearly 8K cash bonus each so that i cut short on the tax....

btw.. i'm not expert in this, i would suggest you to get urself a proper account/tax consultant to sort it out for you loh.... don't be so stingi okiee... earn 100++K per year cannot affort to pay a few K for a consultant mehh.....

as iamfreelancer said, open a company, buy car under your company name, issue salary for your self, all your expenses claim under company.

So each your your company make loss every month, no earning, so no need to pay tax....

he meant is use the earning(aka income) to buy car ...
anyway... car will still be considered fixed aset not 100% expenses.. but the yearly depreciation, petrol, parking, tol, insurance, roadtax, etc can be treated as cpy expenses...

it just lessen the tax... its a citizen duty to pay tax.... but don't pay too much onli loh...

1. Open up an enterprise or Sdn Bhd
2. Set the company right
3. Declare ALL your income. give them proof of earning and proof of expenses.
4. Since you are SELF-EMPLOYED (Bloggers) your form should be different than employed person.
5. Google adsense IS NOT YOUR SALARY.
6. Make income statement, balance sheet and distribution of income (if you have partner)

What you need to submit the tax application.

1. Your Borang Tax (forgot which one but for SELF-EMPLOYED)
2. Your business license
3. Your partnership list (EVEN YOU ARE ALONE)
4. Income statement
5. Balance sheet.
