All I want to do is to transfer the domain.

Ive got a website hosted by netmyne. Domain is provided by webnic.cc, but since netmyne is the registrar, I have to get netmyne to do this.

Been calling the customer service center, which is totally USELESS! They dont even know where exactly is Netmyne's office?!

Does anyone know where is netmyne office so I can settle this once and for all?!

Highly appreciate your help. Will buy a nice starbucks' custom iced caramel machiato for those who can help me on this

Have you tried calling TM directly instead? Maybe then can solve your problems.

In order to get hold of TM Netmyne, you must call SEMARAK. All numbers except semarak normally will only divert to RNO or NOC.

This is the phone number : 03-22743515 (brickfield)

If you can't get your problem solved in brickfield (HQ for NOC)... then ask them for SEMARAK.
