this morning, when i came to my office i just receive a msg through my phone said that, "do you want to know how to get free messages?" from +60148936115. Do you guys think that it is a spam or just sending message by mistake?

Could be either spam or someone accidentally sent to wrong number. Its a local number, if you are interested, you could call and see who answers.

I've seen SMS from +62... numbers (Indonesia) which say you have won a prize or some money etc. Those ar spam. Haven't seen from a local number like the one you got.

i got something like this..
Then.. aku pun kelam kabut lah. risau juga video panas I kene sebar.. Malulah aku camni.

Semasa aku nak try sms tu.. Aku terkejut.. baru aku sedar.. manade aku buat video panas!.. dan aku terkejut jugak.. aku mana ada awek!... dan lebih lagi punya terkejut lagi.. nama aku BUKAN JOE!.. :h


so i reply to the number 019-XXXXX .. with words.. "F*CK you!"..

Since you got the SMS from 019..., I suggest you call the TM/Celcom helpline and make a complaint. Ask them to check who the number belongs to and take action on them for sending such SMS.

Don't reply in the way you did. These people may turn around and say you sent them vulgar SMS.

I think the service number like 36768
doesn't have the rights to send that kind
of msg..

i just reply his/her msg with "i hate spam" than he replied me "u hate sperm!!". and i know that he/she get angry coz the reveal of his/her promotion tactic.

If you think a message is very offensive, eg. hate, racist, life threatening, etc, just make a police report.

Have you made a report before? The most you will take is an hour or two.
The reason I suggest him to make a police report is because now the authorities has the informations of every phone number (even prepaid ones) and the spammer can be warned/caught/etc.

I delete from my phone less than 5sec,I made report 1 or 2 hours.I rather waste that 5sec.

This is about law and order, not sports. Compare apple to apple, not apple to oranges.
For this situation, we should learn from them. These spammers should be charged in court as they are guilty. This will also serves as a warning to other spammers which will ultimately reduce their numbers and gradually they will go "extinct"!
