Do
- Make more network
- Talk with experience ppl
- Remember your promises to yr client and work on it
- Two steps ahead of your competitor instead of one step.
- Stay work till midnight
- Good in Paymaster to yr supplier
- MANAGE YR CASH FLOW IN ORDER!!! (Very important)

Don't
- Trust anyone except you alone. Make yr own move
- Ever put yor job for tomorrow
- Put your unhappy things to your work
- Be shy
- Just Talk onli...MUST DO ( i hate ppl with a big mouth produce without outcomes )
- Sit office 9-5...MUST GO OUT AND BEAR FRUITS
- Wear unproper uniform even if u r not going out to c client on week day...BECAUSE IT WILL MAKE U FEEL NOT TO WORK

btw, what is "Paymaster" ?

To pay supplier in prompt.....
don delay yr payment to yr supplier

Be a good paymaster..so supplier will support u all the way.
First deal they will ask u for COD terms but when comes to know that u r good Paymaster...then they can offer you maybe 14 days terms up to their extent..

Well. I had work for others for the 6th year now and I do feel I need to do something different like own business. However I had attached to many things in my married life. So I have to take it slowly.. I can't risk leaving my day job for it. BTW.. may i know how old are you Sorix?

I only worked almost one year. I have plan to start own business because I don;t think I can work under others for the rest of my life. Anyway, I have to save enough money first to take the risk of start own business.

Things become more commitment if u don't feel to make a challenge.

I married age of 24, which I become sales manager aged of 22...then i decided to work along with company until the rest of my life but sometimes things really changes yr mind like:-

1) When u get older, company do not afford to pay u more, they will kick u out when yr age of 40 because u r no more aggresive than ppl, no doubt u hv alot of experience..( A younger mind is more creative and aggresive than yr old experience + they are cheaper than u )

2) U will limit yrself of doing work like 9-5 work and even when u work hard...it is not belong to u, is belong to the company..unless if u think u r worth to work hard with yr company and they threat u well...( 90% of company will c u work hard..if u don't u r finished...if u work hard, they will say WELL DONE...juz a two word, will make u happy?? without something u want?? )

Since i left the company since my aged of 26, and actually i'll make my wrong move because the moment i throw my resignation letter, my wife get pregnant......gosh and sigh..what am i gonna do!!!....is this my faith of my life? is this i hv to goin all through this?? all the negative has arise....

Since then, i don care what negative is blocking me, all i know when i hv one mouth with one pairs of hands and legs...i can own my family and business no matters what it takes.

For the first 3 months, I feel like am failing apart, no customers, no database, even if u do, u can't challenge with competitors and my own savings getting low and low till red. I have to borrow most of my frens, collegues and family money to struggle my business and i hv to find a way to live on it.

I hv 8 credit cards, 2 houses, 1 car and 1 new born baby, u do the maths...how can i survive with all tat without support????
My weight was 76Kg low down to 65Kg, I save all my breakfast and lunch juz to enough to feed my baby for foods and PAMPERS.

All this....is whether u r willing to fight back or retreat?? My decisions tooks me 1 week to think of and I FIGHT BACK...because I still hv my last dice which is when i really fail...i can sell my house and car and work under company back but THAT is my worst situtation....If i choose retreat...i feel am not embrasse to fail my biz but I feel that it is not worth to waste my effort and time which i choose to FIGHT since am still young...

If u r young, aggresive and positive....u must try and if u r not and if u r above 30s, then forget it...it is useless by the end of time.

Good, save all u can which i don't do for my young age.

I have 6 partners previously and till now i hv only 1 partner which he is fully programmer.

y? 4 partners did not c the profit for a year which is impossible and one of my partner which is my consultant programmer is still stick to my plan because he knows what he wans.

I don like to say when u do yr own biz u got a nice car, a well established company or even to become milliionare....I come out do to my own biz because it is SATISFACTION, no matter how hard work u do...u satisfied yr own instead of working with companies....

Alot of things u need to plan carefully like what is yr objective to open a company, are u able to handle tis at yr time of age, what if u fail...(do u have second plan?), what r d things to move my biz to become consistent running? who do my accountings? what is my main core biz? and the most important things is ARE U MORE IN POSITIVE MIND THAN NEGATIVE PERSON?????

You really go through a lot i must say Sorix. My wife can't tolorate that if I am to resign and start a biz and it is not fair for her either cause she still got responsibility to her parent and family. I am starting slow now with cybersist.com while maintain my fulltime job. It is 3 months old now..... before that I was contributing all my free time working on it, evenings and weekends. Recently just got a little side tracked with job change, and other family matters to attend.

I must say I was wasted my valuable time when just started working in US. Life there just completely different than Malaysia... you can live a wonderful life just by working for other people. I was enjoying, I have everything I wanted just to work from 9 to 5. But it is a totally different world here in Malaysia, you need to struggle, work hard, and even be a little evil minded to get by here.

True, my cousin bro still working in Canada and not even feel to comeback to Malaysia...i mean life in Malaysia consider peacful and joy but talking about WORK....i don think it can measure with them...
