Aztech Modem
Hi guys,
My brother modem is not working at all. All lights are there without blinking and when try to connect..it says Opening port failed, cannot find location?? is it TMnet i hv to call or something problem with configuration?

Solution..
For your information, Aztech DSL305E using an ethernet interface.. so it don't have any problem with port. So, what u must do is remove all your modem driver.. then restart your pc.
After that, install your driver again.. then open your internet explorer and type http://10.0.0.2 username : admin and enter. 1st.. u must configure your username exp : test@streamyx 2nd.. enter your streamyx password.. and dont forget to click always on connection. after that configure your primary dns as : 202.188.0.133 and secondary dns : 202.188.1.5 then save your configuration. After that your router will restart and try to connect your internet explorer again. Gooc luck.

Sorix: I set the modem to auto connect/reconnect by using its web based control panel, as mentioned by myanmor.
No software required, auto connect 24 hours per day(need to enter Admin mode to set this).
