It's depends on the business culture....a good sites hv many ways to define but in what area that u need to know a good sites?

a good site must has good content for its targeted visitor.
The website design is easy to understand and easy to use.

not to forget the concept of the entire site and that the actual design must support the concept. If not the entire site would look like another form of art. heh heh even if picaso drew something without a concept it would come out better.
