Fraud
So high in Malaysia ??
Why ? http://www.fraudguardian.com A little shame of it ? Wonder how thy get the card info ? I felt very worry of my card now

at 43.5% ... it should be higher previuosly because just now paypal open their services to people at malaysia .. so that should mean our fraud case has decrease ... but nonetheless it still high.
the credit card is afaik very easy to get ... there are thousands of ways to get cc info .. but i think the oftenly use is by taking the receipt after you make payment using cc ... that was from my readings years ago ... so as a user of cc ... what does the receipt print out ? (i'm not a cc user ... so i dont know) anyway ... as you may know ... there are peoples who selling cc info ... i've ask before ... it will cost you around rm 200 for 200 pieces of workable info of cc ... and i'm shocked cause the seller told me he got few buyers from malaysia too ... so no wonders malaysia got high rate ... cause people here using stolen cc info ... which is bought from someone from nowhere from the internet ... by using malaysia ip address ... it's malaysian that will listed as fraud user. so if you're going to use stolen cc info ... please use ip spoofing or better use another country isp ... so we wont be blame for that matter ...

Usually the receipt just show
name credit card no and expire that's all sometime thy just left ***********1234 like that no pin code no address how thy use ? Hmmm maybe i will be more careful with my cards now Thanks RM200 for 200 pieces so cheap man ? But i don't like illegal biz Thank for the info.

name, credit card no and expire date i think is enough for they to use it ...
they might use the info above to find another useful info about the owner of the cc ... scary ... our info actually is easily accessible by anyone ... the future life will be life with no one to trust.

most of em get cc info at non/less secure ecommerce site.. site that stores client cc's info on server..
name address cc no cvv

Storing cc info in servers is a very bad practise. It's ok to keep other info like address for billing purposes but NEVER cc number.
