i believe the site is powered by nuke cms(but removed copyright text... ). If the webmaster does not update/patch it frequently, it is very easy to hack.

cms not secure most of the time. If the hacker is elite one no use also up to date. They find bugs in your system . No computer is perfect so i always pray no my site got target and i always make backup like weekly or daily
