Thread: Tshirts - Google, Yahoo!, Blogger, anybody?

Hi,

I was thinking of creating the Malaysian made tee shirt, just for our personal use.
No profit, just to make someone jealous looking at the Google logo in front of your tshirt.

Is it violate the law of their respective trademark? Legal people please answer.

It came across my mind that most of the tshirt in USA is quite cheap. But, the postage to Malaysia incur much more cost than the shirt itself.

I'm not going to sell online or likewise. Just to wear by myself, and to those interested to join.





Any comments?

P/S: My workplace is in the middle of KL. 5 minutes away from Central Market (CM) which famously described as a tshirt printing heaven.

very good idea. it does violate the trademark as you're selling them with their logo but it's just for casual fun wear. just make sure you're lucky enough - i'll go for "Google.com"

I'd love to have one with the Google HOME page, complete with the search box and all!

but unclejim's design contains a lot of colours..

it might be expensive.. I probably go with the basic Google logo.

Google words contains 4 colours.

Based on this:



It's round neck and short sleeve. Preferably white in colour.

quantity of 5 = RM36
quantity of 6-10 = RM34
quantity of 11-15 = RM30

What, you mean the basic Google logo doesn't have that many colours already? My version just adds an additional gray colour for the buttons. Plus, full-size logo should cost more than a smaller one.

Don't forget the gray/black for the shadow.

BTW, I am interested to order some printed tee-shirts for bismikaallahuma.org. I will ask members of our forum @ bismika as to whether they are interested in this idea. I will let you know when I want the tee-shirts as soon I have confirmed their order.

No love lost here, man. After all, this is the Mamak Stall where you can 'post anything you like'. And that guy was replying to a specific query earlier, not a blatant MAKE-50-thousand-ringgit-a-day marketing like some people around here. I think most of us here would prefer moderate moderation.
