i have purchase fund from some one, but i not able to acccept the payment from that guy, when i accept, pay pal need me to key in credit card number..

hav any idea how to accept it without credit card?

You need to add your credit card info and verify it. Unless if you dont have a credit card you also can use a debit card. Like everyone else is doing now. Use public bank debit card. It can be used to verify your paypal account.

if totally dont the credit and debit card, can i still continue using pay pal?

would it charge any fees if using both of this card?
do maybank card consider debit card?

First of all, debit card and atm card is a different thing. You cant use your paypal until you add your credit card or debit card info. Thats it.

Well here are some info about debit card that you can use to verify your paypal account. From liewcf.com

i understand what is Debit card...but 1 thing i confuse is may bank card can use as debit card to purchase thing...but it is not visa electron, it is visa interlink...tht y i ask here!

by the way, if i borrow c.c from fren, do it charge the c.c. any fees? after that can i take out the c.c number?

I think you can accept fund without needing to provide a credit card first. There's an option called "Accept Funds and add a credit card later", I think. Not remember it clearly because I verified all my paypal accounts.

I think I've try that option before, but it didnt work. Eventhough at the page mentioned you can add the credit card info later but it still refuse the transaction when we want to accept the payment. I've sent email to their support staff and they said they have changed the policy either you must add a credit card info or add your bank account info. Which they accept only US base bank account.

Pay pal are very troblesome... Not all ppl have c.card rite?

My opinion is, for anybody who wish to become a webmaster, having their own credit card is almost a requirement.

For those who doesn't have a credit card, you can follow izzat's recommendation of getting a debit card, which work as well.

Yep credit card and debit card is a must have for online transaction. Anyway lets hope Paypal will be less troublesome in the future after they has opening their new headquaters in Singapore. Maybe a new method to withdraw our money to local bank?

it's not payapal troublesome.. but malaysian's troublesome..
malaysia as known as.. many frauder.

the CC or DC is need to proven those really own the account..
imagine if 1 person had 10 account.. and easily to be register/verify..
surely.. billions problem will come..

Well I heard that too MENJ. I think lcf also mentioned it in his blog during eBay explain in Malaysia few days ago. But we all know that it'll take some time before it happens.

Anyway another problem for Malaysian is there is lot of fraudulent case like mysticmind just said. Innoncent Malaysian has to suffer, for instance we cant open clickbank account.
