hi guys, first of all i want to clarify that i am not student who looking for source for project. i looking for php open source system for my personal interest. these are some requirement:

basic function :add,update, delete...

member registration module, accept payment via credit card n paypal module, add to cart module, auto generate invoice, monthly statement (calculate bonus + sales + personal commisen) and member family tree module

anyone please recommend me some good site. i appreciate your help

What is the main purpose of your open source software that you want?

A forum? Shopping cart? CMS? or a Blog? From the look of your requirement, you seemed to want a shopping cart, but the 'member family tree module' seems a bit absurd
