i won't expose the so-called secrets of anyone here but i will give you a hint. look for opening an off-shore US bank account. then you'll be able to withdraw from almost any ATM in malaysia from the US bank account. it's similar to the concept of a foreigner coming to malaysia and withdrawing money from an ATM with his credit card or debit card which will deduct funds from the current account overseas.

My opinion is, if you have a continuous payment to your Paypal account, it is advisable to follow some of the tips provided from MalaysiaPal. But bear in mind that there is a monthly maintenance fees (fees that you have to pay notwithstanding you make any withdrawal or not), transfer fees and etc involved for setting up a "virtual ATM". That is something you have to consider.
Alternatively, you can used your paypal money to buy things from ebay.
