just wan to share my experience here,
prangin mall have a shop selling PDA, just next to ZU (mp3 shop)
beware of this shop,..i will not say don go to buy from this shop, but just to tell u this shop before u buy, the bos will promise you everything, but after sales service are suck!

some more owe his emplyyee money don want to pay back, before work he say will giv black and white apointment letter but until last he don giv, some more decrease employee salary at the month end..b'cos no black and white, the employee canot do anything...
if you don believe just go to buy from him...if u lucky, noned claim,if unlucky, then god bless you
alot customer are vicktim..pls beware

this shop owner own me RM400..agree to give comision at beginning, but when i quit, he giv alot reason...

i work at that shop around sept05 till DEC05, when that time i quit, the shop owner agree to give commision for my sales, i calculate with another employee, we both get RM400, after 2 day i quit, that employee also quit and get that RM400+ salary, when i go back to claim back my money, then he giv alot reason to pending the payment! until now!

at the moment i still don plan to mention the shop name yet, the shop is located at prangin e-tech, nx to ZU ( MP3 specialist) selling PDA, the shop name is quite small if not mistaken, with a Canon Sign board!

erm..pity of you..i'm will be there maybe this end of month or another month for vacation. It seem like he/she don't have enough petty cash. Company like this still can survive...Amazing..

I gues sits the employer problem la. you know, bad boss will create dozens of reason just to not pay money. they don't care if you're right or wrong.

this fell realy too much! i send him email ask to back money, again the same reason.

i told u guys the story: last year end PC this company hv a booth there, his PDA stolen by his p.time worker, then after that he found out his p.timer stole and report police. after thaT 2 UNIT of his PDA at police station and canot claim back, he took this as reason and pending my payment! he said will abck me after he settle the police case! but few week ago i heard his employee said the case settle and the 2 unit of PDA also sold. now i wan to ask back my money, he told me not yet settle! celake punya orang!

his name quite bad in penang IT world, i canot tahan any more and wan to tell you all his name
he name is Yeap Choon Hwa, is a lecture at KTAR, Penang, also bad name at college! his shop at prangin mall penang last time is call Gad-Z-World! i think now he change to YQC technology solution! he also have a website seling PDA, but all old stock, that y cheap! yeapch .com is his website. beware of this person!

yup, early on wana to get B&W from him, but see him treat me so good at begining( b'cos no1 help him,lack of employee, all cabut cos of his bad bahavior!) then i just forget it!

this also a lesson for you all! take b&w from who ever u work..fren also hv to take!

pls beware of this shop, the shop owner owe me RM400 commision, always give excuse to delay my payment until today!
he delay me since DEC05, already more then 1 year!
the amount not 4000, is just only 400, the owner also keep delay me! what u can imagine this shop are...if u buy any product like few thousand PDA and need RMA/claim, can u imagine the service!

ooo...i know what's the shop liao...b4 that i oso go there shop wif him...i still remember that i bought 1 pendrive 256mb wif him...the price that he offer is quite high...luckily, i didnt kena his trap!!!! his attitude and service is very bad(he say "if u want to buy, faster make decision, don waste my time!!!")..wah, i heard from him, i oso terkejut!!!!mayb his mood on that day not so good but no need say like that to customer ma..
i oso heard my friend say that he got 1 more web site which is mypdacafe...oso sell thing very high cost...

Aiyo. The customer service needs to be improved.

alot of people already know his bad bahaviour, now he when to queenbay mall open shop. any one know this pls inform your friend also... dont be the next victim

sigh, talk about bad shops, I just had an experience with a camera shop in Prangin Mall as well just this Saturday, was asking about the Panasonic TZ3 and the shop staff was just sitting there and don't bother about you, like you don't exist, ask one question then only he will uneagerly reply you, and there were like three of them there, forgot the shop name, but it's the one near the escalator and CG Computers, has this big yellow Kodak signboard, was it Lam Loong? Was so put off I did not even bother looking at the shop after I walked out.
