i just have a query from 1 of my collegue this afternoon, this question make me fell interesting to look for the answer! any one here can help me?

Question:
i have a powerful server at company which also have a fix IP address, how can i host the company website and email into my company server?
What kind of software need to install?

For what i know is,i shuld set the DNS in my domain control panel to my company fix address, so that any one who access my domain will come to my server, but what kind of software (to host website and email)and what kind of procedure i need to take?
