Hi all, this section no pay pal fund trading are allow, just for discussion...

In this month, some of malaysia's paypal user are facing some problem, unable to accept fund from paypal... alot of people are talking on this issue

any one have comment or opinion please share with me...but no paypal fund are allow to sell here..pls...

by the way, any one have the list of country that paypal allow to withdraw?

Yup, this is what i am looking for... S'pore and thailand are able to cash out with the local bank, so we just open an acc there will do right...any prons and cons doing this?

i suppose the cons are quite obvious that you need to travel to the respective country to open an account there.... if not mistaken for singapore account, you need to maintain some amount 1/2k in the account else theres a monthly fees charged.

another cons are you still need to asorb the charges is uses interbank TT unless the foreign bank let u have a visa debit card or some thing alike so that you can withdraw over the atm here...

pros are "peace of mind" i suppose... the money will go into your acc rather than some 3rd party account like VIM card.... who knows how long can all these company last???

ya, travel to foreign country is very troblesome, so may be we could have a bank and apply a debit card from there, then cash out money at local ATM...

if not mistaken, last time when i chat with a s'pore friend, and he show me OCBC bank rules, need to maintain SGD100 for an account... then monthly charges i not sure lo...

how bout verify user? my status still Malaysian - Unverified , i heard people said just let paypal charges 1.99USD, then will be verified member.

I have verified it with my credit card but duno whats the difference tho

Hi

What I understand is, if you have verified your account with pay pay, it means you have confirmed added your credit card to your account, and if you don't verify your account, the number of transactions that you can carry out will be limited, correctly me, if I am wrong.

With regard to the $1.99, my experience was, after I verified my account, they did credit my account with the $1.99, shown as a debit balance in your statement.
