This morning I decide to use CIMB Click to reload my credit.Huh! it works but with sacrifice.

Previously, my balance credit was RM5> before it reached it's expired usage..This morning I decided to 'try' using e-click by CIMB...The result is:

-My credits balance are RESET!

I did it by reloading in RM10 denomination...My current balance....RM10 also la

I suggest...DON'T EVER USE THIS SERVICE ...

Better reload at sidestreet vendor..HUH!


P/s:
I bet there are lots of other folks out there with their balance cumulated to more than RM50++

thanks for the infos, luckily i switched from cimb to maybank2u last time. never used cimb to topup before but i have no problem at all with using maybank2u to topup....

So Maybank2U is OK with the topup issue . Is there other banks that come to the same prob?

It's a shame for a bank as big as CIMB to make such an error...Let's SMACK them hard

I always reload via sidestreet vendor.. Hmm..I have been wondering how efficient is CIMB's click. Now I know.
