web hosting offer at PC fair
hi all,
i just find out PC fair got web hosting offer..
RM99/year with domain register, 1G web hosting and 10 to 15G bandwidth...
it sound good rite... that time i going to sign up already...but found some cons, no php, no mysql.. alamak...that y so cheap...

Which booth is that? Just went to pcfair yesterday. Very crowded lah. Queensbay Mall & Jusco just got their opening day yesterday too. Packed jam. 1 hour and a half from Butterworth to PISA using bridge.

oops...sorry, forget to mention the location, the promotion is at KLCC..

at the webmaster point of view, do this package worth to buy? just can host normal static website!

Whoa, finally web hosting company at PC Fair!

Is RM99 the Emerge SharkSurf hosting package? I heard you need to pay a lot for renewal (around few hundreds) after the first year.

Anyway, without the support for dynamic server side scripting, I wouldn't even bother to consider it.

you can get that kind of hosting (without php,sql) for free nowadays. Just do some google searches. If you're lucky, you might find one that gives hosting w/ sql/php for free

this company is from cari.com
Onnet Hosting Malaysia - Domain Registration & Renewal, Web & Email Hosting, Dedicated Server, Virtual Office
they said the renewel also same RM99 for teh following year..is a promotion
