It's a lovely Sunday and I've worked out a list of user ranks and titles:

Post Count: 0-10
Title: New kid on the block
Permission limit: -Unable to edit own thread
-Unable to create own signature

Post Count: 10-50
Title: Novice Webmaster
Permission limit: - Able to edit own thread and have own signature

Post Count: 50-100
Title: Junior Webmaster
Permission limit: - Same as Novice Webmaster

Post Count: 100-200
Title: Inspired Webmaster
Permission limit: - Able to upload custom avatar

Post Count: 200 and above
Title: Senior Webmaster
Permission limit: - Able to set custom title
