New Member Ranks and Titles
Hello everybody
 It's a lovely Sunday and I've worked out a list of user ranks and titles: Post Count: 0-10 Title: New kid on the block Permission limit: -Unable to edit own thread -Unable to create own signature Post Count: 10-50 Title: Novice Webmaster Permission limit: - Able to edit own thread and have own signature Post Count: 50-100 Title: Junior Webmaster Permission limit: - Same as Novice Webmaster Post Count: 100-200 Title: Inspired Webmaster Permission limit: - Able to upload custom avatar Post Count: 200 and above Title: Senior Webmaster Permission limit: - Able to set custom title Hope you all like it. And I'm open for any suggestions and comments.

for the signature, can you allow us using gif animated image?

I think this is a great new feature!
Just one thing - New kid on the block should probably be New Kid on the Block (to match the case of other terms).

not only is annoying, sometimes it does really double-up the resource draining on it if each and everybody uses animated avatar in a forum. (knowledge from exabytes' newsletter)
