Yeah i agreed,

All around the world said is P2P is illegal because shared the illegal stuff But until now not yet implement because they have effect they user around the world. Most P2P file come from US and EU. You heard that US already implement law about piracy stuff but hey could not stop the illegal stuff because most their internet user use internet for download us P2P.

Probably maybe all ISP around the world agreed that they must stop the illegal P2P maybe can stop the piracy.Now Malaysia already follow it. Now have the law can charge who have the illegal stuff can be fined 250k. If they do like that maybe majority of user will be disappointed because majority all user internet in malaysia us er used P2P for downloading.

I think malaysia not like singapore because singapore already block and banned mp3 sharing but not P2P download. Maybe .MY gov want to stop download piracy they must give order to all major ISP malaysia to block and banned P2P site or torrent site to access this web. If they do like that maybe all piracy stuff will be end in .MY . Agree???

It's the attitude of users... P2P in itself is not illegal as it's just a way of sharing... only those who share copyrighted stuff are breaking the law. But hey, what else to share? Hahaha

About copyright stuff is up to you what the best you think... huhuhuu... because mostly user download like movies, song and application..... i`m right??? Nothing else matter

Torrents are not popular due to piracy act. I've seen alot of torrent sites shutdown by RIAA and MPAA because of this. Furthermore the download speeds and the peer who's seeding the files differs. All i can say is that it is not advisable to use torrent to share files. You can try other methods instead. I have my own and i'm a premium user of Rapidshare, Megaupload and Megashares. These are all file hosting company which can host any file extensions and you their speed is way more reliable. Well, that's my point of view.. how bout the rest? Still onto torrents and willing to wait for days to finish up downloading?

i got a VPS at Dalas DC. I used to run torrent , using torrentflux with this vps.
Then, not so long....after a week, i got a DMCA complaint letter..
ah......lesson learned.

you may not get caught of you use torrent at home (tmnut screamyx or whatever), but if you host torrent or run torrent on websites..that's a different story

When you infrigment copyright no freedom act can protect you. Freedom of speech or freedom of whatever made because to protect peace and harmony.

A lot of people abuse the usage of "freedom". Read more on Freedom and understand what freedom actually covers.

By the way, downloading piracy stuff does not covers under freedom ideology.
