Sorry for late reply..away from town.

Nope is a pure business portal. Will host at Malaysia because the target audience are Malaysian.

Just don't know any moderate charges developer that can give quality.

Any recommendation?

it look like cendawan tumbuh.. but a lot are not strong enough.. in market competition.. after few years, they close da business..
