Hi all Webmasters,
I am planning the budget on building up the brand for my Part Time Job Community.

Basically, I have two parties to take care of : Employer and Job Seeker. I don't know which party need more advertisement. I am not sure which is the best way to do advertisement? Forum / Google Adwords / Blog Ads Network?

I don't really like forum advertisement because I don't think that is the most effective way. How do you think about forum advertisement?

I need you guys advice. What is the best way to build up my brand in the lowest and effective cost?

as U know ther r quite alot of job seekin websites build up lately.. try not to limit Urself into internet, employers r avwher & U need to advertise Urself to the world not just a banner ads in a website.. spend da money on brochure, flyers, i bet da money to spend on those is not too much expensiv than online ads, propose to da real person, get their email, phone number & call them or even set up a meetin wv da bosses

if Im seekin a job I prefer to surf a jobseekin site which can offer me more professional results, if U wan2 stand up from da crowd dun think about low budget investment, I min not just money but compliments such as time, I c some ppl build a site then sit infront his computer & wait for customers from online ads, U wont get any business even U r sellin online

Thanks for your input. Mine is a niche job site which concentrate on part time job. Most of my jobs are low value jobs (Employer will never spend much money on it). I dunno which employer to approach except big restaurant or departmental store which need part timers.

i suggest you may promote on those college and university, because there are the most demand place for job seeking

to search on employer, you may join those career fair and get know more advertiser.

You will not need a career fair. JobsDB just finished a promotion in my campus last week. Launch a series of events at a few campuses might help.

for in campus contact...you better directly deal with their MPP(student council)...
The chance of long-term cooperation is higher if you deal with them...

Just don't deal with the lecturer/admin of the campus...they suck+with birocracy...
