How to submit my story to stumble

I guest 1 or 2 month ago My google analytics unique per day increase from 50 to 1600, and so and later the traffic drop from 1600 to 1400 to 1000 to... and now only few hundred...

I found that most of the traffic are come from stumble upon, i just wonder how can we submit our story to stumbleupon?

Any one submit their story there?

You will need to get the toolbar for your browser, go to your site and click "I like it!", it will be added into their database then.

The more "I like it" the better.

will this be bann? coz i heard that cannot stumb own blog?

other then this, how can i categories my topic? whether is hardware or software, i mean some thing like tag?

So does the stumble upon help to increase the traffic? Do share with us if you get traffic. I still don't know how to get traffic like others does.
