Page with ONLY Keywords for SEO?

Found the following link at #1 place when I google for malaysia online payment. Does a page like this(full of keywords and link to itself) helps in SEO?

    Link: http://www.commercepayment.com/malay...ne-payment.htm

BTW, how much helps if I put something like keywords: keyword1 keyword2 at the end of my blog post?

they must be out of their mind. yes, it does help in SEO a little. I don't see they have meta tags in their source but when web crawler comes in, it mines those data.. the more of the same text repeated, the higher chances for commercepayment.com to be listed.

This method will not last long. When Google find out this site spam Google with keyword, slowly it will gone.

SEO only useful with keyword in the beginning of title and beginning of the first paragraph.

it is ok to do so, but you need to watch out your keyword density, if too high, google will treat it as keyword stuffing = SPAM

analyse your competitors' density, you should be able to find a similar value.

I would be very careful. This activity could get you penalized by Google.

Yes. Google will penalize or even ban the sites that have too many redundant links.
