The correct way to improve PageRank?

i have this blog at http://kahsoon.blogspot.com the problem is that i go around and submit my url to websites and link with other blog member using http://www.kahsoon.blogspot.com

the question is will i get backward links if i made the mistake of adding www. in front of my blog url? will i still gain PageRank?

It may be a problem, in my opinion. I've seen examples of www.somesite.com with pagerank while somesite.com had PR0 and vice versa.

You will have different PR for kahsoon.blogspot.com and www.kahsoon.blogspot.com so better keep to one, coz they will be sort of diluted.
