Don't look at provider design only but more important server uptime and
SPEED TEST

Hi Faizent,
Hostpulse's speed test is not accurate for us at all.
1. It is only useful for US citizens but not us.
2. It runs only on one server. Unlike manual testout, which you can run the test on different servers at different location.

For speed test, we can always do a traceroute or ping.

I think everybody knows about ping and trace-out...

But if I'm not mistaken..it's also PING result...

Ping Statistic :
Packet Sent = 6
Packet Received = 6
Lost = 0 <0% loss>

So...the main point is TEST AT DIFFERENT LOCATION
