It is correct. Although it can be considered "unlimited" as MOST of my clients never exceed over 1gb per month. We're allowcating huge bandwidth so that their web sites can be accessed by visitors all the time without worrying about bandwidth.
However, we don't allow too high bandwidth usage being their website turned into download farm, files download archieve, mass audio & video streaming, too many hot links, etc.. I'm sure you guys have this 'simple regulations' as well

I have a first question if the plan changes effect the user registered previously with us - Yes, all Hive-Small plan are given 500mb upgrade for free and 100gb bandwidth remains the same. Same goes to the other package that sticks with our same price: Hive-Medium to 1GB, Hive-Large to 2GB, Hive-Compact to 3GB.

Wah lah weeeii ... So generous one lah ... Should I move my reseller hosting or not like this (just hosting my own numerous sites). Can get WHM with the 1GB account or not?

You may take a look at Hive-Largegigs with 10 add-ons domain feature in that case or plans with more add-on.
All resellers plan are sold out. New one will be available early next year once we have decided to take a new server.

Another thing we're facing right now is Max SQL connections. Too many forum sites with too many queries per seconds. (could make a record of Lowyat.net totally  ). Max SQL has been set to 1000, our highend server are still able to support them. The procedure we're sticking on is to restart sql server once a week - so it shouldn't be a problem.

Yes its running fine. Then it goes down for 10 - 15 mins. Then it gets back online. Then it goes down again. Talking about reliability...
As for mercumaya's reply, I've sent them an email and am still waiting for their reply. And that's 48 hours ago. Best answer I've gotten so far is this: "Maybe we are upgrading our server. We have not received complains from the other 400 customers." Yay. So much for professinalism. If your server is down, I won't blow off if you can explain why. Or at least a word of apology would be appreciated. That's what I believe what the customer support department should be doing. I used to go with freenet. Their service is excellent. Beyond typical Malaysian standards. I wanted to switch my hosting to mercumaya, and the staff over there assisted me properly and patiently on the transision process. With a hell lot of courtesy too. This is what I call professionalism.

I don't understand. Hosting of 5 domain names meaning 5 domain aliases right??
That;s you can have 5 domain names pointing to the same website. You only have one IP per package right ?
