the PR4 I get when I check it using tools at digitalpoint. And yes, I see PR0 too when use google toolbar. Didnt' realize it when I post this until some potential buyer raise that question. So I make decision to cancel the offer, and the domain is not for sale. I don't want anybody feel cheated here. Plus, my revenue from the blogs, increased a few bucks past few days.

I would suggest you play play adsense first while doing your research at the same time.
