I just made a withdrawal with this card today and the most unexpected thing happened.

I tried at Maybank to see if it works and it does work. Withdrawal limit is US$500 per day and well... I checked it a few times on the net too and it was correct.

Your WRONG! I did manage to withdraw my money! The exchange rate is the thing which is most unexpected. Its US$1.00 : RM3.6169 today . Yesterday was RM3.6070. Earn money today! Hope RM will not drop. Haha! Like playing FOREX. LOL.

So I'm trying CitiBank tomorrow and see if the exchange rate is the same or if it moves from bank to bank. Just to prove to you guys that it works, here's a screenshot of it.

Please don't ask me why I got PIN block. It's because I'm an IDIOT and forgot my PIN.

So the withdrawal Fee is $4.50 and then there's the $3 fee the bank charges when you withdraw paypal to the bank?

No need documents at all. Only need your particulars if you want me to register the card, which gives you a limit of $2500 max. balance on card. If nothing registered, it would be $500 only. Registration is easy... you can just give me your details through email, I'll register it with the card sent to you.

Also, if you need the limit on the card increased, you would need a balance of $2000 in the card (at any point of time) and then you can apply for it to be increased. At that time, you'd need :

1. Photocopy of IC/Passport/Driving License (2 of them will do)
2. Utility Bill of your current address (Registered on the account)

You'll have to wait about 30-60 days for this process but once done, your limit will be increase to $10,000 max balance on the card.

Yes... that's very very usual.

All cards charge for it. There's NOT 1 card out there who does not charge for withdrawal and deposits. The only difference is how much they charge per transaction. Cheap or expensive. That's the only difference.
