help pls! malaysia hosting or non-malaysia hosting is better?

I using free hosting now but every time i go in also got problem and slow loading. dont know that is server or streamyx problem.

If the majority of your website visitors are from Malaysia (or around this region), then a Malaysian server would be faster for them. If the majority of your website visitors are from US, then a US server is better. IOW, try to figure out where the majority of your visitors are from and then decide.

It seems that your audiences are from Malaysia. Therefore, choosing a Malaysian made server is a better choice. With todays internet condition, Malaysian does not have good connection to international website.

Do some research on Malaysia webhosting company. Read review about them.

For my oppinions, if you targeted on Malaysian traffic than you should have the Malaysian Hosting coz when Malaysia people visit will load the site faster. Or else you can have .com hosting company, basically .com is US but you still can check with them by sending email to them.

I'm using overseas servers, but most of my users are from Malaysia..
I usually get complains about the slow loading of my site..
So as for you my friend.. You should get local server for faster loading..

.....actually my target visitor now is Malaysia but I plan to do it as a global site after half of a year. Now no extra money to rent a hosting.May be try malaysia server 1st.

If u have the money, then go for more than 1 server..

as for me.. I rather pay a web host like im using at the moment..
i pay usd 5.95 per month for 300gb space, 3,000 Gigs of Transfer and the best thing is.. i can host unlimited domains under 1 account.. so it's cheaper than buying 2 servers for 2 domains etc...

if u r talking about taking 2 servers for just 1 domain.. i dont know if its possible to do or not.. but i dont think u can do it though.. as far as i know, 1 domain for 1 server.. not 1 domain for 2 servers.. but 1 server for multiple domain.. yes..

so far i haven't encounter any problem with the hosting..
stable and very reliable..
loading time not as fast as malaysian server though..
some of my friends (Malaysian of course) said the loading time is fast, and some said quite slow..
so kinda 50-50.. and depends on the IP that u get from streamyx..
if u get an IP that has good route to US.. then its fast.. else.. slow lah..

1 year about RM350 +/-, free 3 domain. 400gb webspace, linux os & etc....
