I am looking for reliable reseller hosting provider !

I am looking for reseller hosting. ( Linux)
my requirement :

1) at least 20 GB hosting space, with Reseller control panel.
2) Can host at least 50 domains with individual control panel ( not add-on domains)
3) Data transfer bandwidth at least 400 GB per month.
4) maximum use of 20 % CPU resource and if over the limit, will got warning. ( no suspension immediate)
5) support php, CGI, Perl
6) database : mySQL
7) 24 hours online support ( this is the most I concern !! I OFTEN work until 3am in the morning and if I find any problem with th hosting, I want someone to answer me with Instant Messenger or Live support or Phone ! )
8) Prefer Cpanel with WHM or DirectAdmin control panel
9) The data center must be in oversea, NOT in Malaysia.
10) The provider of the web hosting must own its own server in the data center, not the reseller of other hosting provider and then resell to me.

Most of my clients are manufacturers and don't consume much space and bandwidth resources. the 4) above is for "just in case purpose" , I don't like any suspension without warning.

IMO, if you are interested in quality and require that much space and bandwidth and also want 24 hrs live support, you have to increase your budget. RM800 per year is approx USD20 per month. You may even have to pay double or more of that to get quality for what you are looking for.

Increase your month budget and you can get good provider in US. By the way, 400GB for is a little too much for "website does not use bandwitdh". I think it would be proper that you check back your cost and benefit.

agreed with the rest... with the heavy demand that you're asking... Rm800 budget is too low for our local hosting provider to swallow. If local provider is a must then try to increase your budget else try to source around for US based provider. Many of the US provider offer unlimited bandwidth

IMO, you still need to lower requirements or increase budget. Do you really need 20GB space?

I suggest you do a search for reseller hosting and note down different packages and prices to do a comparison and get an idea of what may be suitable.

hmm...a bit disappointed to know no Malaysian company can offer it .... I found this Reseller Web Hosting:: Host Unlimited Domains, php, frontapge, cgi, cheap plans. ..host unlimited domains and the price is reasonable.

I think Malaysia hosting company is not up to that standard yet.

the price is truely cheap.. but how about the support? their services? their security? their server uptime? is it good? can you prove it? if they have excellent support, services etc, then you can say it's up to standard, don't just compare by how much they charge you.

jamestcs, the largest plan on that link you gave is only 10GB. You wanted 20GB space. And you wanted reliable hosting and few other conditions. That's why all the answers so far has focused on higher price.

As ujai.org said, don't just look at the price. If you are serious about offering good service to your customers, then you should be willing to pay more to get good service.

If you do go with that company or others, please give a review here after you have used it for some time so that others can benefit.

at least in this few days, I randomly try the live chat more than 20 times in morning, afternoon, evening, night, midnight, there got support to answer my questions. And this is my most concern. So far I cannot find others similiar in Malaysia.
