better host for online forum

Greetings to all users & hosting provider..

I'm a webmaster newbie & I own an online community for vespa enthusiast using SMF, not really big, 20-30 user online mostly but lot's of post.

I've been using 2-3 hosting for the last 3 years and currently looking for a reliable shared host that can tolerate;

1. high post, sql query
2. php chat

of course I'm looking for;

3. good uptime
4. good support

I can't afford vps at the moment since I do not make money from this forum. However If someone can direct me to super cheap vps I might consider.

Can somebody please suggest from their experience?

Perhaps you could give more details such as:

1. How many total forum members?
2. How many total posts so far?
3. How much disk space being used?
4. How much data transfer per month?
5. High posts - how many new posts per day?
7. SQL queries - what do you mean?
8. PHPchat - Do you mean this is included in your hosting account? Or it is integrated int your forum for members to use?
9. Are you looking for local or overseas hosting?
10. What are the problems you had with your other hosting companies?

For 20 - 30 users online in a forum (including php chat + sql) a normal shared hosting should be alright if the server is properly configured and maintain.

if you dont mind on where the datacenter host, i will recommend on cluster server hosting. it's cheap and nice to host forum.
