Buddies,
I been Smart Team for more than one year. I'm very dissatisfied with the services. No support in the middle of the night. No support after the working hour!!! Frankly, their sales and support team just work for 8 hours / day. As i guess!!!
Anyone choose this web hosting company?
Think about it carefully, that's what I experience.
They comment 24/7 support to me as well. But they can't do that!!!
When i give a support call at about 7-8pm. I have to wait the solution until next morning.

Normally it is more advisable to use the ticketing system instead of phone calls as it is easier to give instructions or resolve problems through written reply.
Phone call is better than ticketing. Some ticketing is dust directly, or keep reply you lots of automatically sending reply. Very annoying system they have.
