Other Benefits of Being Reseller Hosting? -

I know being reseller hosting should have minimal capital but what's the advantages actually?
From my personal views:
- People who buy hosting from you may come back to find you for renewing contract once your service is good.
- Huge market since target is on website
- Fair competition between small companies and big companies
- As a web designer, must not be always be an employed designer and they must know to look for opportunity to host their clients and earn some monthly fee.
I think reseller hosting should be only use by Web designing/application company to provide value-add on services to their clients - so their clients won't need to deal with another hosting company.
Some US reseller provider have these end-user support. But please remember, the customers will know your provider better than your own company. In the end, most of them will jump ship
Personally, if a reseller just take my money for the sale revenue and throw the support task to other people, why would I pay him ?
Some department must remain in-house rather than out-source

1. Sales
2. Support (main support)
Thank you,
I do agree with you, as a reseller host, at least need certain of support level.
It is nice to experience as a reseller too, may learn more, when face problem from client, may consult the provider (but slow respond to your client), once you settle, you learn a lesson, earn knowledge from other people experience
Hope you get the terms 'reselling' right, it can be..
1) you resell an existing package by earning commissions or marking up price
2) you create your own package and sell at your own price
#2 is way better to make more money and stay in control of accounts.
