Anybody has problem with Mercumaya recently?

Hi,

Currently I''m hosting with Mercumaya..

What happen is my sites always down/cannot access, the PHP and server config starting to change..Make my project stalled cause I've problem with 'TEMP' file permission......

I've sent tickets to Mercumaya and didn't expect them to answer it as my previous tickets just being closed by the support dept without being answered.

Anyone having the same problems..or any Mercumaya people here? Please Mercumaya....aiyo

P/S: Please inform your customers/affected before updates/upgrades server. This note also goes to other hosting provider. At least there is/are explanation for every serious downtime.
